Yes we can do a free from range
Our Premises is not Nut Free, Gluten Free, Egg Free or Dairy Free however we can make cakes that are free from
PLEASE NOTE: With all free from cakes we cannot guarentee it wont contain traces as there is always a risk of cross contamination

Yes we make cakes for all occasions
All cakes are custom designed and handmade
You provide us with the idea and we will create something magical
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice, subject to date availability
A price will be quoted once a design is finalised
Please note: You can send some example pictures through of designs but we will never copy another design exactly as we believe in each designer having their own touch
**Alcohol bottles are not something we provide, if you would like them on a cake then these need to be provided
***All cakes include a cake topper
****Please ensure you can transport and store the cake correctly when collecting

If you are looking to place an order, the best method is to send an email, we arent always able to take orders over the phone as we may be busy in the store

We have three payment options, once you order has been placed, we will check availability then confirm your order via email
Once we have confirmed your order you will then receive an invoices
Payments can be done via bank transfer, card or cash
**Please note: An order is not confirmed unless full payment has been received - for advance orders of cakes, full payment is required one week prior

Yes all items can be customized, if you email your requirements we will then send you further information

We deliver free within a 3 mile radius of the store
All deliveries are subject to availability and you will be given a one hour time slot, please ensure if it is a gift that the person receiving it knows the one hour slot, if no one is home we won't redeliver it will then need to be collected from the store that day
During Bad weather you delivery day may need to be changed, you will be notified that morning
